FaceMod, Inc. (“FaceMod”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. By using the “FaceMod” application (the “Application”), or visiting the www.FaceMod.com website, or otherwise accessing any other services offered from time to time by FaceMod (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.
What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy covers FaceMod’s treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that FaceMod gathers when you access the Application or otherwise use the Service.
What Personal Information Does FaceMod Collect?
FaceMod

into, your Facebook account. For many users, this is information
they have elected to make public through the Facebook platform.
To the extent you have set your Facebook privacy settings, the information
accessed by FaceMod may be private content. By downloading and
enabling the Application, you are authorizing FaceMod to access all
of the foregoing types of information. Such information will NEVER
BE SOLD TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
In addition, we may automatically receive and store certain, anonymous types of information whenever you interact with the Service. Such information may include the user's IP address, domain server, and type of Internet browser. This information helps us, among other things, analyze trends and administer the Service. This information is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable data.
HOW DOES FACEMOD USE THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?

our Services: Your information may be used by us internally
to improve our services.
Advertising:
We don’t share your Personal Information with advertisers. We provide
advertisers with non-personally identifiable attributes we have collected
(including such things as Age, Interests, Gender, and Geograpic location)
to help provide you with a more relevant advertising experience.
Will FaceMod Share Any of the Personal Information it Receives?
To the limited extent we collect Personal Information – we neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. We share your Personal Information only as described below.
Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf. Your information may be accessed by these partners/employees, in the event that we need to share your information with them to provide our services or customer support to you. Unless we tell you differently, FaceMod’s agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy
and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration
of disputes, and application of California state law.

WEBSITES; APPLICATIONS
FaceMod
services may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and
other websites may contain links to the Application. These other
websites are not under FaceMod control, and such links do not constitute
an endorsement by FaceMod of those other websites or the services offered
through them. The privacy and security practices of websites linked
to or from the Application are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and
FaceMod is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or
the content of such websites.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
FaceMod may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website, or via the Application, or sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
